    If I use the line or Alert Line tool, as I drag it I can see the % price change between the start point and the cursor. How do I see the % price change between 2 points without using the Line Tools?

    You need to use the line tool.

    Yes, I figured that. Will just have to draw the line away from the area I am looking at or delete the line after I’m done.
