Connecting to the market data for Huobi Global does not require the user to have a Huobi Global account.
In order to trade on Huobi Global through Medved Trader, you need to have a Huobi Global account. If you don’t have one, create it on the Huobi Global website.
Create an API key for Medved Trader to use. To do that, log into your Huobi Global account on the Huobi Global web page, then click on the account icon at top right, and click on the API Management item in the sub-menu that pops up. Or just go to https://www.hbg.com/en-us/apikey/
Create a new API key. It will ask you for your 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) verification code. We recommened setting the “Bind IP Address” list to the IP (or multiple IPs) from which you are expecting to use Medved Trader on. If you are not sure, leave it blank.
Then it will pop up a confirmation dialog. That will contain Access Key and Private Key. Save those.
Record the Access Key and the Private Key. When you set up your Huobi Global trading account in Medved Trader, enter that information:
