    When I turn the line drawing tool for a chart, I can’t turn it off.

    Simply click and hold down your mouse why you drag to the location.

    Got it. Was trying to move the chart left by dragging the mouse and that kept drawing lines. Need to Use the Drag/Scroll Tool for that.
